Tour of the US!
In each class we will be cooking up dishes inspired by different regions of the US. We will see some Southern classics, Cali-inspired dishes, Northeast influences and a little Tex-Mex. We will alternate between sweet and savory dishes each week - and the menus will include recipes such as mini apple pies, BBQ chicken pizza, banana pudding and Boston Cream Pie. You will get to make these dishes from start to finish – and eat your own creations. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions in advance!

Please ensure all class dates work for you, as there will be no rescheduling or make-ups permitted.
Tuesdays: March 30, April 6, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25 (Note: No Classes on April 13)
Wednesdays: April 7, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 2 (Note: No Classes on April 14)
Thursdays: April 1, 8, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27 (Note: No Classes on April 15)
