Each week-long session will expose children to a wide variety of recipes - and every day students will make at least one sweet and one savory dish. Snacks and spring water will be provided each day. Recipes will be different across each of our five week-long programs.

A little more about how our Camp sessions run:

In each of our week-long camp sessions, as we work on creating at least 2 recipes each day (one sweet and one savory), we also cover a wide range of food topics and skills.

This may include topics such as: nutrition, expanding our palates, food safety, sustainability, following a recipe, knife skills, measuring, weighing, kneading, rolling, assembling, and learning to cook independently.

Our curriculum is fluid and we adapt our style and level of difficulty for each age group.

In the event that registrations are very low, we reserve to right to cancel any camp sessions that do not meet our enrollment minimums. Parents will be given a minimum of one week’s notice, and full refunds will be given for any sessions that we cancel. We hope we never have to do this!
